Do I need a deep clean before recurring maintenance?
Yes. We require an initial deep cleaning service before starting weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance plans.
How long does each service take?
Full Deep Clean and Partial Deep Clean are typically 3-5 hours, Maintenance Cleaning is 2-4 hours, and Move In/Out and Post-Construction services are generally 10+ hours depending on property size and condition.
What is included in Maintenance Cleaning?
Maintenance includes dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, kitchen exterior appliance cleaning, microwave interior cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of blinds/fixtures/fans.
Do you offer add-on services?
Yes. Add-ons include Laundry Service for recurring clients and Carpet Shampooing. We also offer Post-Construction + Full Deep Clean as a premium package.
